Looking down into the back courtyard

This photo is taken from the top of the back retaining wall. To the left is a wild pear tree; this area will be a vegetable patch once the soil is filled in. The step below has already been filled in, and will become a flower bed. Below that is a bench, sump, and the rainwater tank covered by the canopy. This area will be paved with slate.
